  • What precautions are taken to ensure hygiene and safety?
    We take hygiene and safety very seriously. Your therapist will follow strict protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. We use fresh linens for each client, sanitize our hands before and after each session and clean and disinfect all equipment regularly.
  • Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?
    No, you don't need to provide anything. Your therapist will bring all the necessary equipment, including a comfortable massage table, fresh linens, table warmer, high quality oils and lotions, and soothing music to create a relaxing ambience.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes, we offer e-gift cards and plastic gift cards for our mobile massage and body treatments. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. You can purchase a gift card online or in person during an appointment.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    Absolutely! We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We ask that you kindly reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No additional charges will be applied the first time, all other will require a rescheduling fee of $50. Notices after 48 hours will result in a forfeited session or we may offer you a rescheduling fee of $50 to reschedule your session.

  • I'm pregnant, when can I get massaged?"
    You are clear to receive a prenatal massage on your second trimester and third trimester.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We absolutely do not offer refunds. All sessions are non refundable. If your need to reschedule, please notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment or you forfeit your session.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    No, a full payment for the service is required to reserve a date and time. What you should understand when making a service reservation: You must pay the service in full. We will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to set up. If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so, exactly 48 hours before your appointment. You will be given the option to reschedule your appointment. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed, if you chose to reschedule.
  • How far in advance should I book my appointment?
    We do get booked out 2 weeks in advance so it is important to always pre-book your appointment. You may also email our customer support at info@helenlmt.com to verify a date and time or offer any other alternatives.
  • Do you charge a traveling fee?
    Travel fees may apply and may vary depending on your city.
