Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Calma Vida by Helen, each session is designed to provide a personalized, high-end wellness experience. Your time, and the care I dedicate to each appointment, is highly valued. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies:

 

Secure Booking & Payment

• All appointments are secured with full payment upfront via the Square Appointments app or approved payment method.

• This guarantees your preferred time and allows me to prepare a seamless experience for you.

• All payments are non-refundable.

Standard Bookings (Scheduled 24 Hours or More in Advance

• You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 late reschedule/cancel; fee.

• If you choose not to reschedule, the full session payment will be forfeited.

 

Last-Minute Bookings (Scheduled Within 24 Hours)

• All last-minute bookings are final due to the reparation and travel required for mobile sessions.

• If an unexpected circumstance arises, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered with a $50 late reschedule fee.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

No-Show Policy

• If you are not available or the door is not answered 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the session will be considered a no-show.

• The full session fee will be charged, as your time was reserved exclusively for you.​

 

Arrival & Preparation

• I arrive 15 minutes early to set up for your session to ensure a professional, seamless experience.

• Please provide clear access instructions (apartment numbers, gate codes, elevator pins, directions to hard-to-find streets, or any special instructions).

• If the space is not prepared or you are unavailable 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, i will need to begin the session late, which may reduce your session time. This allows me to maintain the schedule for all clients and provide the quality experience you deserve. 

• A minimum 10x10 space is recommended for optimal service.

After-Hours Appointments

To accommodate clients with unique schedules, we offer after-hours sessions. Please note that appointments booked outside of our standard business hours incur an additional fee:

 

• 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: $150

• 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: $80

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Standard rate (no additional fee)

​

• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: $80

• 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM: $150

• 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Pricing available upon request
